In fact, a quarter-cup of almonds contains more protein than a large egg. Vitamin E is important to good health and unfortunately most people don’t get enough of it in their daily diets. But you can with a handful of these delicious almonds.

Almonds are also an excellent source of biotin which is a B vitamin essential to the metabolism of both sugar and fat, and promotes skin health and energy levels. Almonds also contain riboflavin, iron, potassium and magnesium, and they’re a good source of fiber. Almond are also rich in argine and sphingolipids, which play a role in optimizing our health.

Tierra Farm’s Organic Unsalted Roasted Almonds are perfectly roasted and very crunchy. They don’t add any oil, salt or any preservatives. Their almonds are a great mid-day snack (we know, we eat them almost every day and they keep us going) or crush them and add them to cold and hot cereals, baked good, or as a coating for fish and poultry.

Keep your almonds in a sealed container in cool dry place. You can keep them in the freezer too.
