Why does food taste so much better when barbecued? We’re not sure, but we do know that it’s true. We all love grilling, but no one likes to have food stick to the grill. Unfortunately, it happens all time with burgers, fish, chicken, even vegetables.
Instead of oiling up the grill (this doesn’t even work half the time), next time try using a potato. Yes, a potato!
First, heat up the grill. Next, cut a potato in half and stick a fork in it. Make sure the cut side is facing down so you can begin starching up the grill. Yes, the starch from the potato will create a barrier between the grill and the food so nothing gets stuck.
Try it next time you grill. It works!
