1/2 cup plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1/3 cup chopped scallions or green onions
Whisk all ingredients together. Serve with Turkey Spinach Pita or any other salad.
