Cook Time: 4 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours, 9 minutes
1 pound raw large shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice, divided
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Place the shrimp in a resealable plastic bag. Combine 2 tablespoons of lime juice with the peanut oil. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours. Preheat the grill (or oven) to medium heat.
