Why We Love It
Nothing beats sleeping in and waking up to make a special brunch that tastes just as good as any restaurant’s. This SuperFoods heavy recipe helps you do just that while making sure that only the freshest and healthiest ingredients get into your meal. As for the taste, you’ll be surprised this sophisticated frittata was so easy to make! You can also keep this recipe fresh by changing the kind of cheese you use. In the recipe we suggest feta or cheddar but any cheese, including swiss, provolone or even muenster, works just great. You can also substitute broccoli or kale for spinach to make the dish new each time you serve it.
