Why We Love It
Sometimes simplicity makes for a delicious snack or meal. This quick and easy recipe can be jazzed up into something new each time you make it by just switching out spinach for a new veggie or using pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. Feel free to add jalepeños if you like it hot or add meat if you are especially hungry. Also, try our Watermelon Salsa recipe for a new kick.
