Organic shredded coconut and organic dates add just the right touch sweetness and flavor for coconut lovers. The heart and brain-healthy walnuts and cashews, as well as sunflower and pumpkin seeds give it a great texture. We enjoy eating it with a dash of our favorite milk or on top of our yogurt.
