Although this granola is just made up of nuts, seeds, fruit and spices, the flavor and smell remind us of banana bread. We like these granolas because they are made of whole foods, which should be the core of our daily nourishment.
Wildway’s Banana Nut Granola has walnuts, cashews and pecans, along with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Seeds and nuts are storehouses of highly concentrated proteins and nutrients. The nuts are a great source of polyphenols and vitamin E, which many people don’t get enough of. The pumpkin and sunflower seeds (two of our favorite seeds) also are a significant source of vitamin E, as well as iron and thiamin.
Organic dates and organic bananas add a sweet flavor and chewy texture to the cereal, and cinnamon and vanilla bean really make it taste like banana bread. Wildway granolas are all natural and non GMO. They don’t use any syrups, sweeteners or added oils. And they are dairy and soy free.
