Seedlander Crispbeads are made with organic wheat flour and organic millet, plus some organic agave and organic molasses, and topped with organic pumpkin seeds, organic sesame seeds, organic flax seeds and organic poppy seeds for a crunchy, slightly sweet taste. And they’re non GMO.
Each crispbread provides 3 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and a terrific 16 whole grains per serving.
