This is a great cereal that your whole family will enjoy, even those who don’t like almonds. It’s all organic and made from steel-cut oats, millet and almonds. That’s it. All the ingredients are milled to about the same size so they all look pretty much the same. And when you cook it up, you get the nutrition oats, millet and almonds have to offer but all you taste is creamy, slightly chewy, hearty goodness.
In each ¼ cup serving you get 4 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein, plus you get a ton of health promoting vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.
This hot cereal is super easy to make too. At night, add water and Izzie’s Irish Oats to a pan and bring it to a boil. Then turn it off, stir a couple of times, cover it, and let it sit overnight. In the morning all you need to do is bring it to a boil and then simmer about 5 minutes and then you have a nutritious and tasty breakfast.
