This crunchy nugget cereal is made of spouted grains and legumes (lentils and soybeans) which are the perfect complement to the dried but still plump raisins that are mixed in. It has a nutty taste and it’s organic and free of GMOs, oil and added sugar. The lentils are a good source of protein with much less fat, and they are loaded with fiber and antioxidants. Soy is one of the original SuperFoods. Soybeans are a high-quality, vitamin and mineral-rich plant protein that also have lots of fiber as well as plant-based omega-3s and beneficial phytonutrients.
