We like two granolas from Bunnery, Original and Blueberry. The blueberry granola has a good portion of healthful SuperFoods with real dried blueberries, almond slices, sunflower seeds and, interestingly, sesame seeds as ingredients. The sesame seeds, with a flavoring of clove and cinnamon give this granola a subtle, unique flavor. The nutrition fact panel says only 120 calories per serving but that’s based on a one ounce serving, which we think is little on the small size. If you’re using this as a topper on your nonfat yogurt that’s fine but, if you’re having some for breakfast as a cold cereal with your non-fat milk of choice, two ounces is a good, nutrient-dense way to start off your day.
