This pancake mix from Wheat Montana is made from Prairie Gold 100% whole grain white wheat flour and a 7-grain mix of hard red wheat, oat groats, triticale (a type of wheat), barley, rye, soft white wheat and spelt. There’s ground flax seed added as well.
The term white wheat also may be a bit confusing. But it’s really just the name of the wheat. It has a lighter color and a more mild taste than red wheat but it’s still whole grain wheat. Only whole grain products on the SuperFoodsRx site.
